Position Description:

This position requires a broad knowledge of industry network standards including Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Dell servers, desktops and Cisco internetworking. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing to resolution problems impacting multiple systems across the enterprise and implementing processes to prevent their recurrence. The candidate will also analyze techniques and act as a subject matter expert to provide escalation /Tier-3 support.

Position Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field with 4 years IT technical experience; or 6 years of relevant IT technical experience, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for Windows (MCSE) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) required, CCNA Certifications preferred, In depth systems-level knowledge of Windows desktop systems to include understanding of system registry settings, Experience identifying, debugging, and resolving trends in problems experienced with Windows systems, Able to independently resolve complex problems using current job knowledge, research, and external resources, Highly motivated and have strong customer focus with the ability to interface with all levels of staff, Strong presentation skills which may be used to document analysis and deliver technical presentations to customer teams in an articulate and effective manner using a variety of media (visual, written and oral ), Experience in banks and credit unions preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time performing various computer-related tasks. Requires the ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs., as well as bend, stoop and climb a ladder. Must have the ability to use telephone, computer, and copier.
