About the Position:
In this position, you will:

Develop platform-specific strategies designed to engage, build, and protect the Lafayette Federal brand.
Work with colleagues and partners to develop social media marketing campaigns that resonate in the feed, while meeting the business goals.
Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain our brand.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measure a campaign’s performance against set KPIs.
Gain a strong understanding of all legal, compliance and regulatory requirements associated with communicating externally on the credit union’s social media channels. Work with compliance, legal and all relevant stakeholders to gain necessary approvals.
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness, consideration and conversion through various social media channels, media plans and creative executions.
Ensure brand visual and voice consistency across all social media and/or influencer and micro-influencer marketing executions, including multi-cultural campaigns.
Manage all comments and feedback; properly escalate/communicate business affecting information.
Help plan and attend Credit Union events.
Facilitate opportunities to drive user-generated content.

Qualified candidates will have

A positive credit standing.
Experience:

Three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Deep and/or broad knowledge within the social media and influencer marketing discipline.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro.
Strong tactical understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
Interpersonal Skills:

Professionalism, both visually and behaviorally.
Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing a changing workload.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Primary Function: The position will perform daily, monthly and annual duties associated with the servicing of consumer, mortgage and business loans.

Secondary Function: Serve as a back up to the Lending Servicing Manager to ensure all duties are performed as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process creditor-placed insurance (CPI) including but limited to payment changes, certificate billing, refunds, collateral updates, monitoring, reporting. Serve as liaison for CPI vendor to staff and members.
2. Process CUNA debt protection claims. Work as liaison between vender and staff and members.
3. Student Choice membership verification.
4. Perform SCRA verifications as needed.
5. Process deceased accounts. Work with the Credit Union legal counsel to provide documentation as needed to process claims.
6. Process/respond to member requests received via phone, email, fax, contacts including but not limited to member due date change & late fee requests.
7. Perform credit dispute processing via eOscar for both internal and external disputes.
8. Assist lending services manager with performing annual reviews on business and commercial loans.
9. Assist with post-closing on mortgage files.
10. Assist and/or serve as a back up to Lending Servicing Manager for creating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
11. Assist Lending Servicing Manager as needed for responding to audit requests.
12. Perform/assist with quality control reviews as needed at the direction of the Lending Services Manager.
13. Prepare/maintain/update departmental procedures as needed.
14. Identify and recommend entries for the credit unions knowledge base system. Assist with preparing entries as needed.
15. Complete annual training with a passing score and adhere to all regulations and procedures for BSA/AML, Patriot Act, CIP, PLC, and OFAC to comply with all regulatory monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements.
16. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Lending Services Manager.

The primary role of the Mortgage Manager is to provide management by directing and coordinating the overall operations of the mortgage department. Mortgage Managers will originate, analyze, interview loan applications, and approve loan requests, evaluate market trends to establish competitive rates, and work with third party vendors for sale and servicing of mortgage portfolio or products. Responsibilities include creating training material, develop policy manuals, coaching and counseling staff, attend and present seminars on mortgage related issues, supervision of staff and activities, reviewing compliance issues, and explaining the available loan programs and requirements. This position will have the possibility of hybrid working on a part-time basis and will need to be able to work from the office 2-3 days a week.

This position complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Maintains confidentiality of current, past, and potential members and their personal and financial information.



Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. College Degree Desired.

Three-Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must meet the requirements of the S.A.F.E. Act and be register annually in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including excellent active listening skills.

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, government and mortgage regulations.

Knowledge of business and management principles.

Ability to read and comprehend instruction, correspondence, and memos.
