This is an exceptional career opportunity for a professional with a strong financial, member service and sales background, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President.

Washington, DC based credit union looking for a Director of Member Experience.  As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Member Experience will demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic plan, ensuring that members are provided with exceptional service.

The primary focus of this role is to evaluate, identify, initiate and lead member experience initiatives that deliver continuous improvement and innovation to measurably impact value across the organization. This individual will be responsible for branch operations, consumer lending, collections, and member service experience activities in support of the credit union’s goals and objectives.

The candidate should possess at least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar capacity, a BA/BS in Management, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
