PAHO/WHO FCU have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Membership Service Associate to contribute to a growing financial organization by working with PAHO/WHO members to enhance their lives. This position is responsible for providing excellent member service through the prompt, efficient, and accurate processing of member transactions and information. Represents the credit union to members (in person, by phone or by written correspondence) in a courteous and professional manner. We are seeking a Membership Service Associate with outstanding oral and written communication skills who can help serve our members through top notch member engagement.

TRAINING/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
. Minimum two years customer service required. Credit union and/or banking experience highly preferred.
. High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
. Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish required.
. Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
. Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
. Maintains security measures at all times, including but not limited to negotiable instruments,
  member information and computer systems.
. Strong attention to detail.


WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
This is a desk assignment within an office setting. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. This position requires dexterity to
operate computer systems, and use other office machinery such as a keyboard, telephone, fax machine and copier.
