We are seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) for our ACCESO branch to attend to members and prospective members’ financial needs in a courteous, professional manner.

DC Credit Union seeks a Member Service Representative (MSR) for our ACCESO branch to attend to members and prospective members’ financial needs in a courteous, professional manner. MSRs serve members in person, by phone and email opening and updating accounts, processing withdrawals and deposits. The incumbent will also be responsible for responding to the financial needs and concerns of the members including the in-take of consumer loan applications.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years’ work experience, preferably in a financial institution or retail setting; good communication and computer skills required; be service oriented, patient, and team player; and be available to work evening and Saturday hours. Some college experience preferred. Knowledge or fluency in Spanish also preferred.
