Interview members in reference to their loan requests to get a clear understanding of the request. Run credit reports for submitted loan applications. Compute debt to income ratio. Make decisions on loan applications based on loan policies, guidelines, debt to income ratio and credit worthiness. Book approved loans and issue checks and disclosure documents to the member. Process and send denial notices to denied loan applicants. Make counter offers for credit when applicable. Complete direct deposit and payroll deductions forms for members who choose automatic payment options. Review HU Cash Line of Credit account on a quarterly basis. Complete title work on automobile refinances. Cross-sale credit life, disability and GAP insurance products.
