Consumer Loan Servicing Representative II

This individual performs clerical tasks efficiently to service existing consumer loans.

Position Summary:
Under moderate supervision, this individual performs clerical tasks efficiently to service existing consumer loans including but not limited to: vehicle title collection and tracking, collateral protection insurance, loan payoffs, scanning and filing loan documents and servicing member's existing loan products. Assists Branches, Call Center, Operations, Collection departments and member's directly with loan servicing issues. Conducts research to resolve member issues. Once loans are funded, completes quality control reviews for completeness, accuracy and compliance standards. Ability to perform all the duties of a Consumer Loan Servicing Rep I. Assist with the training of newly hired Loan Servicing staff.

Position Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years financial services experience preferred; minimum of 1 year member service experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
