Operations Support Representative II Deposit Services

Position Summary:
With moderate supervision, processes various transactions to member's account. Provides administrative and operational support for various functions within Operations such as affidavits, encoding errors, shared branch, or other member initiated requests in accordance with established systems, regulations, policies, procedures, and department guidelines.
Support mandated processes such as unclaimed property, B notices, and IRA distributions. Review and resolve daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting exceptions in order to maintain accurate member records. Serve in backup role for initiating wire transfer requests to support eTransactions area. Balances daily as well as meets established department deadlines and goals. Relies on experience and demonstrates appropriate judgment in daily processes. Ability to perform duties of the Support Representative I - Deposit Services.

Position Requirements:
• Minimum H.S. diploma, Associates degree preferred; two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Mastery of all basic core system processes.
• Proficient computer application skills
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Must be results oriented
• Motivated to be a consistent performer
• Attendance and punctuality are a must
