Operations Support Representative

Efficiently perform routine transactional duties such as deposit and payment processing to serve member while meeting the established goals.

Under general supervision, efficiently perform routine transactional duties such as deposit and payment processing to serve member while meeting the established goals. Provides cash receipt and payment services to the member in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.

Maintains accurate transactional records and balances each day’s cash drawer according to the Teller Accuracy Guidelines. Mush have general knowledge of new member account opening. Remains watchful for all fraud and counterfeit monetary instruments.

Other duties as assigned in support of the Operations Divisions.

Specific Qualifications: 
High School Diploma, Business Required

A minimum of:
Six (6) months Financial Institution, Member Services experience preferred.
One (1) year Computer/PC , Credit Union system experience preferred.
1. Transaction processing – deposits, payments, GLs
2. Check printing
3. Account closure
4. New account opening
Mastery of basic computer skills and ability to learn core system basic functions.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
