Point Breeze Credit Union, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to join our team!

This position will support the Facilities Manager with the maintenance, renovation, construction and physical security of the Credit Union’s facilities.  This position maintains a safe and secure environment for both employees and credit union members. Assists with special projects and/or programs as assigned.                                  

Essential functions of this position are:
Assist with the monitoring and analyzing of the building operations, maintenance and repair of all Credit Union properties.
Schedule and coordinate vendors for service and general maintenance; maintain regular communication with service vendors (Cleaning, Landscaping, Trash Removal, etc.) to ensure service levels are met. 
Log and track all service and maintenance calls follow up to ensure work was completed.
Input and maintain facilities data into Credit Union current and future facilities software systems.
Conduct monthly site visits to each Point Breeze office to inspect general building conditions. Track and log all issues. Work closely with Office Managers to ensure all Robbery Procedures are properly in place.
Meet various vendors / contractors onsite at all locations.
Order various types of supplies (Office Supplies / Janitorial / Maintenance).
Review and reconcile invoices.
File insurance claims with insurance carrier (Building and Member Incidents).
Issue keys, security badges and alarm codes to staff. Audit internal pass card system to ensure appropriate access levels are in place.  Conduct quarterly key audit at all offices as well as an annual employee key / pass card audit.
Field service-related calls for Video / Alarm / Card Access issues - coordinate service.
Maintain records for all security related equipment. Conduct audits to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Log and track all security related items.
Plan annual security trainings for all staff (i.e. active shooter, robbery training, etc.)
Support the Facilities Manager in all construction projects.
Coordinate the moves of equipment / furniture / staff from office to office.
Review the Credit Union’s security and safety programs. Make any physical and procedural recommendations as necessary.
Maintain document storage and retrieval processes.
Available outside of regular business hours to supervise off hours work and respond to facilities emergencies and requests.
Create and retain files / documentation records for all investigations and Security Program operations.

Experience Required:  
Three to Five years of similar or related experience in facilities and / or construction.
Security experience is a plus but not required.     

High School Diploma required.
An Associate degree (AA) or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors or job specific skills acquired through an apprentice program preferred.
