Collector and Loan Servicing Professional– Alexandria Branch

InFirst Federal Credit Union (InFirst) has provided financial services to members for more than 80 years and is seeking a Collector and Loan Servicer for our Alexandria, Virginia office.

Responsibilities include:
• Making out bound calls to past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card account holders.
• Provides administrative loan support to Loan Officers throughout the loan application process.

If you have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of credit and lending policies, we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have the ability to deal with difficult members, resolve problems, and work well under pressure.

Education and Skills Experience
A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of six months to two years - experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in depth knowledge of credit union products, services, lending policies and procedures. Also, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast pace work environment.
