Assembles the necessary documents for titling of all securities on loans (in and out-of-state vehicles).

• Assembles the necessary documents for titling of all securities on loans (in and out-of-state vehicles). Maintains the national title manual to assure proper titling conveyance. Rotational duties including adjudication of insurance and title reports, processing payoffs/title releases, sorting mail, responding to Synapsys events, eBanking messages and e-mails. Administer 90-day indirect missing title report in Akcelerant including contact with members, dealers, previous financial institutions and filing appropriate documentation with the DMV.

Duties and Responsibilities-
• Assembles the necessary documents for titling of all securities on loans (in and out-of-state vehicles). Maintains the national title manual to assure proper titling conveyance.
• Rotational duties including adjudication of insurance and title reports, processing payoffs/title releases, sorting mail, responding to Synapsys events, eBanking messages and e-mails.
• Administer 90-day indirect missing title report in Akcelerant including contact with members, dealers, previous financial institutions and filing appropriate documentation with the DMV.
• Will maintain department policy and procedure documentation accordingly.
• Remains cognizant of and adheres to credit union policy and procedure and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Will be in the phone queue 75% of the day.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements-
• Knowledge of credit union operations, policies and procedures.
• Understanding of credit union account structures and types in both the share and loan areas.
• Knowledge of data processing systems.
• Ability to identify problem areas and make independent decisions to resolve problems as they related to standard operating procedures.
• Ability to speak clearly using good dictation to communicate with members and other employees in person and on the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to perform well under stressful situations.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
