InFirst Federal Credit Union (InFirst) has provided financial services to members for more than 86 years and is named one of the best credit unions to work for. InFirst is seeking a Teller I for our Marlow Heights Branch. Responsibilities include:

• Assists members with financial transactions, to include receiving and paying out cash and other negotiable instruments. Provides courteous, prompt and accurate service to members. Promotes shared branch products, such as, gift cards. Float to other branch locations, as needed.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Verifies and posts transactions to member accounts and maintains member and Credit Union
records. Scan and image checks, vouchers, and other items. Maintains vouchers and other work materials according to branch procedures. Fills voucher counter, brochure racks and lobby pens to ensure the lobby remains well maintained.
• Greets members and provides routine information concerning services, and directs members to appropriate departments for specific information and service.
• Cross-sells shared branch products and services. Cross-sells InFirst products and service to
InFirst members only.
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including filing, copying, data input, and answering the telephone. Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

If you have excellent interpersonal skills and previous cash handling experience we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have the ability to work with members, resolve problems, and work well under pressure. Hours vary Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Saturday hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Education and Skills Experience
A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of two to five years - experience in member service, cash handling or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and procedures. In addition, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast pace work environment.
