The Association hosts an annual Legislative Reception in Annapolis.
The MD|DC Credit Union Association relentlessly advocates for credit unions and their 2.2 million members in Maryland and the District of Columbia. The Association meets regularly with legislators and key agencies to ensure the credit union perspective is part of the discussion when legislation is being considered. Throughout the year, the Association provides opportunities for credit unions to engage directly with lawmakers. Thousands of bills are reviewed and monitored annually, with timely analysis provided by the Association.
