Incumbents Successfully Defend Seats in D.C. Primary

Incumbents swept Tuesday’s Democratic primary in the District. Mayor Muriel Bowser and U.S. House Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton will be back on the ballot in November.

Also returning, Council Chairman Phil Mendelson, At-Large Council member Anita Bonds, Ward 1 Council Member Brianne Nadeau, Ward 5 Council Member Kenyan McDuffie and Ward 6 Council Member Charles Allen.
