Transportation FCU has Announced New CEO

Transportation Federal Credit Union has announced the selection of MJ Neusaenger as the credit union’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Her extensive experience within the credit union industry will be an asset for the future growth and success of TFCU. We are confident that under MJ’s leadership, TFCU will continue to grow, develop, and provide exceptional service to our membership,” said Karen Shaw, Chairwoman of Transportation Federal Credit Union, when asked about the selection.

Neusaenger has been with Transportation Federal Credit Union since May of 2019. She was originally appointed as the credit union’s Chief Financial Officer, however, in September of 2019, the credit union’s Board of Directors tasked Neusaenger with assuming the mantle of Interim CEO. Prior to her time at TFCU, Neusaenger held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Bulldog Federal Credit Union in Hagerstown, Maryland. Additionally, Neusaenger served as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for USF Federal Credit Union in Tampa, Florida, from 2012 to 2018, and as the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Internal Auditor for McCoy Federal Credit Union in Orlando, Florida. Neusaenger graduated with honors from Webster University in Orlando, Florida, with a master’s degree in Business Administration and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
