Roberts, a former NFL coach and Harvard Law grad tackles how to have a winning leadership team, marketing expert Kelly McDonald delves into diversity marketing, and nationally-acclaimed economist Elliot Eisenberg looks at the economic forecast and how credit unions can position themselves.

Dr. Eisenberg's fast-paced talk analyzes the condition of the overall economy with a focus on GDP growth, labor market conditions, wage growth, household wealth, inflation, interest rates and Fed policy. He will take a close look at default rates on various classes of assets such as auto loans, home loans and credit cards, and assess how much the economy is likely to slow, and the possible timing and magnitude of the next recession. He will also take a deep dive into economic conditions in DC and the five largest counties in Maryland.
